How to I export a SmoothDocs document to MS-Word?
From the Document Builder: Click on the FILE MENU, then choose EXPORT TO FILE. Choose a name and location for your file and press the EXPORT button.

How to I import a file from MS-Word?
The first step is to save your MS-Word document as an RTF file. To do this, open the file in MS-Word and choose the SAVE AS option. From the Save As window, click on the pull-down menu next to SAVE AS TYPE. Choose Rich Text Format (*.rtf). Save the file to your computer.
The next step is to import the rtf file into SmoothDocs. From SmoothDocs, open either the template or document you wish to import the rtf file. From the FILE menu, choose IMPORT FROM FILE. Select the RTF file recently saved from MS-Word and press the IMPORT button.
